These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the ZenaDesigns Referral Programme. By participating in the referral programme, you agree to comply with these terms.
Eligibility
1. Referrals are valid only for new clients who sign a contract with ZenaDesigns for web design services.
2. Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the referral program.
Referral Process:
1. To qualify for the referral programme, the referrer must notify Zena Potter of the referral by contacting via the website, emailing to zena@zenadesigns.co.uk or direct messaging on @zena.designs or LinkedIn.
2. Referrals must result in a successful signed contract and payment for web design services to be considered valid.
3. Rewards will be issued to the referrer within 7 days of the successful referral's payment confirmation.
Rewards:
1. The referrer will receive a £100 cash reward for each successful referral that results in a closed deal for Zena's web design services.
2. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value other than the specified cash amount.
General Terms:
1. Zena reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
2. Zena is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may affect the tracking or processing of referrals.
3. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral program may result in disqualification from current and future participation.
4. Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes on the rewards received through the referral program.
Privacy:
1. By participating in the referral program, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for program administration purposes.
